2. What data we process
We process the following data, depending on how you use the website:
- The website URL you enter for the free analysis or design request, used to run the audit and, if you wish, to contact you with a proposal.
- Company and contact details we collect ourselves when building outreach lists (company name, public business email address, website), based on legitimate interest.
- Technical data such as IP address, used solely to limit abuse of the free analysis tool (rate limiting), not linked to a personal profile.

3. Legal basis and purpose of processing
For visitors who enter a URL themselves: performance of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For building outreach lists of businesses: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anyone can unsubscribe free of charge; opt-outs are processed immediately and permanently in our suppression list.
